This is what I did today. A simple Banana Cupcake with Chocolate Butter Cream. I have had this filling tip for awhile now, but today was the first attempt at making a cupcake with filling. And I must say, they are good. I really wish you could taste these. And the smell while baking was DIVINE. The cake is moist, not to heavy and just the right amount of banana. I have never made a butter cream before. Both of these recipes came from Bakerella's Monkey Business Cupcakes, HERE. They were super simple and so tasty, bake some for the ones you love.
